At Corner 2 Corner Clean, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and excellent customer care. Due to the nature of cleaning services, the following refund policy applies.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any concerns.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued only when:

• Services were not completed as agreed

• Significant service issues were reported within 24 hours

• We are unable to reasonably correct the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Homes with excessive clutter or conditions that limited cleaning results

• Pre-existing damage or staining

• Dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours

• Changes in expectations that were not included in the original booking

• Areas that could not be cleaned due to safety concerns or restricted access

Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.

Deposits & Booking Fees

Any required deposits or booking fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating payment disputes so we can work toward a fair resolution.
